These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of https://pluginarium.com and the purchase or use of Pluginarium products, including the Squeeze plugin (free and premium).
By using our website or products, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Pluginarium
Pluginarium publishes WordPress plugins and related materials. Premium licenses and payments are processed through Freemius.
2. Free and premium software
- Free versions may be distributed via wordpress.org and/or our website under the applicable open-source license stated in the plugin (typically GPL).
- Premium features require a valid paid license.
- Feature sets may differ between Free and Premium and may change over time as we improve the product.
3. Licenses and site limits
A premium license is granted for the number of WordPress sites specified in your purchase plan (for example, 1 site, 5 sites, or unlimited), for the billing period you selected (monthly, annual, or lifetime, if offered).
You may not:
- share, resell, lease, or redistribute license keys
- exceed the licensed number of sites
- circumvent licensing or activation mechanisms
We may suspend or revoke a license in case of abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or material violation of these Terms.
4. Accounts and accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate purchase/account information and for keeping access to your license email secure.
5. Support and updates
- Premium customers receive support and updates according to their active license/subscription.
- Lifetime licenses, if purchased, include updates and support as described at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms and our ability to continue operating the product.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every third-party plugin/theme/hosting setup, or that every feature request will be implemented.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or products, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, or using our products for unlawful purposes.
7. Third-party services
Our products may interact with third-party tools (for example, page builders, themes, CDN/offload plugins). We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or changes outside our control.
Payments and licensing infrastructure are provided by Freemius under their terms.
8. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, trademarks, and proprietary premium code (except where released under open-source licenses) remain owned by Pluginarium or its licensors. Free plugin code is licensed as stated in the plugin files.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or meet all of your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pluginarium will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, business interruption, or hosting costs arising from use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant license during the twelve (12) months before the claim.
11. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms, product features, and pricing. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Pluginarium operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence may still apply.
